Equus Coaching is an in-person, hands-on experience in  Edgewood, NM that uses the wisdom of horses to help you understand yourself and how you show up with others.  Working alongside a horse, you’ll quickly see how much your body language communicates—and learn how to fine-tune this powerful, often overlooked skill. You’ll also discover how your thoughts and energy shape your relationships—both personally and professionally.  Working with a horse can help you feel what And & Both™ is.  You will notice your pain/suffering and allow space for expansion, healing and love at the same time.
