Clinical Hypnotherapy

Clinical Hypnotherapy

Clinical Hypnotherapyis a process of psychotherapy with a client who is in the hypnotic altered state of consciousness.  Hypnotic trance is the simple shifting back and forth between the conscious and subconscious mind.  This is a natural process that occurs 80% of every day for most people.  Hypnosis allows access to the subconscious and deep unconscious.  Hypnotherapy is non-invasive and relaxing.  When in a hypnotic trance, you are in a state of focused concentration.

.  Speaking directly to the subconscious while in hypnotic trance makes it easier and faster to change old thoughts, old behaviors, and stored emotion from trauma.  Hypnotherapy is deep healing that allows for release of old repetitive behaviors such as addictions, high reactive defensive behaviors, insomnia, chronic pain, relationship conflict and grief to name a few.  (In person and online)
